Shoelutions’ most recent work was the production of sneakers for Persiskin, a company that developed a new material from persimmon and will present these sneakers at Futurmoda.
The material, Persiskin, appears as a sustainable alternative to leather and has a lower environmental impact. The production of this material has differentiating characteristics: it doesn’t use environmental resources other than the raw material, it doesn’t use any chemical products and the production process is a closed circuit, that is, it uses the remains and leftovers from the persimmon harvest to create the final product, having zero waste.
This partnership is another example that by bringing together synergies from different sectors, it is possible to bring brands to life and explore different options and opportunities.
