With extensive experience in the footwear industry, Carlos plays a key role in efficient material management and precision cutting. Before joining our team, he worked for companies such as Farisa, where he began his career as a facer. Later, at RAC, he started in the same role, then moved on to help with assembly and finally specialized in the cutting area.

His work, which requires absolute precision, ensures that each piece of material is cut in the best possible way, avoiding waste and maximizing use. Their attention to detail and efficiency are fundamental to an optimized production flow and the highest quality standards.

Although he has 34 years’ experience in the footwear sector, Carlos also has a great passion for patient care. He worked at Flor da Ria – Transporte de Doentes and invested in his training, completing various courses such as Transport Ambulance Technician, Rescue Ambulance Technician (TAS) and Automatic External Defibrillation Technician (TDAE). He also volunteers for the Red Cross, giving his time to help those who need it most.

Sociable and communicative, Carlos enjoys socializing, but also values quiet moments at home, finding a balance between his personal life, work and volunteering. In his spare time, he keeps active with trips to the gym and bike rides, ensuring his physical and mental well-being.
