Ricardo Concei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 natural do Porto mas cresceu em S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o da Madeira, cidade conhecida como a capital do cal\u00e7ado devido \u00e0 sua liga\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica a esta ind\u00fastria. Formou-se em Modela\u00e7\u00e3o e Design de Cal\u00e7ado e Marroquinaria, o que deu in\u00edcio \u00e0 sua carreira profissional. Em 2009 fundou a Shoelutions, combinando conhecimento t\u00e9cnico e vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica para criar um neg\u00f3cio inovador. Para aprofundar os seus conhecimentos e acompanhar as necessidades dos clientes, concluiu uma p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Branding, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia da identidade e estrat\u00e9gias das marcas.<\/p>

Como Gerente de Marca e Designer, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo desenvolvimento de todos os projetos da empresa. Acompanha de perto todo o processo criativo, do conceito ao produto final, garantindo que cada detalhe reflita qualidade e personalidade.<\/p>

Organizado, met\u00f3dico e focado, mas com um esp\u00edrito aventureiro e curioso, o Ricardo encontra inspira\u00e7\u00e3o em novas experi\u00eancias. Sempre que pode, coloca a mochila \u00e0s costas para viajar e explorar o mundo.<\/p>
