Jorge is from São João da Madeira, the capital of footwear, and brings with him 37 years of experience in the industry, having worked in his father’s shoe factory, where he held various positions before joining Shoelutions in the assembly area.

His vast experience, together with his impeccable organization and the fact that he is very meticulous, allow him to ensure that each piece is assembled with total precision and care, contributing to a higher quality of the final product.

Calm, serene and introverted, he likes to enjoy quiet meals away from home. He is also a big fan of DIY, being a handyman by nature, always willing to solve any practical challenge.

In his leisure time, apart from his DIY projects, Jorge plays with his daughter and goes for walks in the fresh air.
