Born in Penafiel, Nuno didn’t grow up in an environment directly linked to the footwear industry, but after completing secondary school, he decided to invest in this area and did a CET in Footwear Design. His professional career began at Portside, but he also spent a few years working as a security guard at Santo António Hospital in Porto, before returning to the footwear sector.

When he joined Shoelutions, Nuno had in the meantime completed various specialized training courses in team management and quality control, which gave him a solid basis for taking on the role of production supervisor.

Today, he plays an essential role in coordinating production activities, ensuring that all stages of production are carried out efficiently and that every detail is aligned with the requirements of the brand and the client, maintaining the quality standard to which Shoelutions is committed.

With a calm and centered personality, Nuno transmits security and confidence to all those who work with him. In his free time, he finds balance by surfing and going to the gym, but he also appreciates a good day’s rest, without rushing to do anything.
