Ricardo Conceição.

Brand & Design Manager

Ricardo grew up in São João da Madeira, a city known as the capital of footwear due to its historical connection to this industry. His interest in product design and development led him to train in Footwear Modeling and Leather Goods, which began his professional career. In 2009, he founded Shoelutions alongside Jeanette, combining technical knowledge and strategic vision to create an innovative business.

As Designer and Brand Manager, he is responsible for the development of all the company’s projects. He closely monitors the entire creative process, from concept to final product, ensuring that every detail reflects quality and personality. To deepen his knowledge and keep up with market developments, he completed a postgraduate course in Branding, reinforcing the importance of brand identity and positioning in the sector.

Organized, methodical and focused, but with an adventurous and curious spirit, Ricardo finds inspiration in new experiences. Whenever he can, he puts his backpack on his back to travel and explore the world.

Sport is part of his daily routine, keeping him active and balanced. In his spare time, he likes to go to concerts, hang out with friends, read and listen to podcasts, always in search of new ideas and references.

With a creative and strategic approach, Ricardo helps Shoelutions continue to grow, focused on innovation and excellence.
