Rosa joined Shoelutions in 2013, bringing with her a wealth of experience in sewing footwear and now 44 years of dedication in this area. Before joining our team, she worked for various companies in the sector, such as Dalila, Camachos, Carlos Gomes and Ginita, as well as a leather clothing company. Always involved in sewing, she worked both as a seamstress and as an assembly assistant before the garments were sewn.

This variety of roles has allowed her to perfect her technique and develop a keen eye for detail, making her a highly qualified professional in the sewing of footwear. With her refined technique and ability to anticipate possible challenges, she contributes to the efficiency of the team and the excellence of the products, ensuring that each piece is sewn with precision and quality.

Despite being introverted and not taking the initiative in conversations, Rosa is an extremely observant and organized person. Her dedication and professionalism speak louder than words.

In her spare time, Rosa likes to crochet, watch TV shows and go hiking. She is also part of a choir group, where she can express her passion for music and singing.
